配送ポリシー
Order made will be dispatched the next working day. Working day is Monday to Friday except Malaysia Public holidays.
Once the parcels are collected by the the courier company, the delivery time will be determined by the courier company.
If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a notice will be left with details for re-delivery or for collection. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange the re-delvery with the courier company.
If the goods are returned to us, a second re-delivery charge wil be incurred.
If the parcel is confirmed lost during the delivery, we will refund or resend a new order to the customers.
Handling and custom fee may apply to parcels sent outside Malaysia. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box or freight forwarding addresses.
